Job Summary

MINDCURE is looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Manager to help build and expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company’s digital platform sales organization and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal of our Sales Manager is to drive sustainable financial growth through improving sales by developing a strong team culture internally, building a consistent messaging platform across the sales funnel and forging strong relationships with clients.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who can develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction. You will apply outreach techniques to conduct research identifying new markets. You will conduct pricing and product feature testing strategies in collaboration with the Product team and outline a feedback process based on findings to ensure responsive product orientation, optimal profitability, and market competitiveness.

Key Accountabilities

Supports the Business Functions

  • Execute a growth strategy focused both on a sound revenue target and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team in pricing strategy based on market data, product positioning ensuring maximum profitability and market competitiveness
  • Develop concise sales reports for sales, revenue and customer invoicing, etc.
  • Provide internal team trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Responsible to build Sales team as required based on growth
  • Provide coaching to team across the sales cycle personnel: Sales Development, Account Executives, Customer success and Training personnel
  • Supports, understands, and implements the values and leadership standards of MINDCURE

Sales Project Management

  • Establish clear and consistent sales tools evaluation and implementation based on company needs
  • Leverage digital solutions for customer and sales tracking: Sales Force, Outreach.io, Pardot, DocuSign
  • Establish regular rhythms for marketing deliverables and track progress towards targets
  • Participate in the development of competitive selling messaging and client segmentation
  • Create and share consistent reporting via dashboards, both qualitative and quantitative to senior leadership team, translating from what to why and making solutions-based recommendations
  • Manage deliverables of internal partners such as direct and indirect promotional materials, demos, feature sets, brochures, marketing tools such as microsites, and corporate website

Sales and Marketing Coordination

  • Prepare, plan and implement a sales force to deploy ahead of the commercial launch of MINDCURE’s technology platform
  • Coordinate with Product Manager to continuously design and align product features, customer segmentation and targeting prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services according to promotional messaging
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

What Makes You an Ideal Candidate

  • Proven working experience as a sales development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
  • MBA/BSc/BA business administration, sales or healthcare related field
  • 2-3 years’ experience managing a sales team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/marketing software (e.g. Salesforce, Outreach.io, Pardot)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Knowledge/experience in the psychedelics space is preferred
