We are looking for innovators and invigorators. You will be part of the pioneering sales force who have experience growing health tech software from the ground up, with decades of strategic pharma leadership at the helm. We are looking for a sales professional with unique ideas and experiences to enhance our go-to-market strategy.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Support Account Executives and Sales Managers on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
  • Be the frontline of our sales and marketing efforts, representing the Mind Cure brand in a professional, yet personable manner
  • Sell the meeting, not the product – your primary goal will be to connect buyers with the sales team by communicating the potential and vision of our programs (via cold-calling, email, video, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities for Account Executive(s)
  • Mindset is the name of the game. Consistently maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
  • Anticipate market needs by staying up to date on all things psychedelic and mental health and wellness
  • Learn and understand the needs, pains points and requirements of potential buyers
  • Conduct daily lead generation initiatives to develop a keen eye for the psychedelic space, learning what to look for in healthcare who can readily adopt change
  • Run daily experiments in your outbound efforts to refine your efforts, leveraging all internal and external sales resources – personal growth and learning and development is highly valued!
  • Work closely with Account Executives to develop sales strategies & messaging to secure interest from prospects
  • Be mentored and coached by your peers with decades of experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, and technology industries
  • Contribute to other areas of the Mind Cure Go-To-Market strategy, by providing feedback from the market to your peers (ie. Demand Generation, Product Roadmap, Marketing Initiatives, Data Analysis, Sales Process Improvements)

The Details

This is a full-time, permanent position working from your home office. We offer a highly attractive home office stipend and total compensation package, commensurate with experience.

What Makes You an Ideal Candidate

  • 6-12 months of sales or sales development experience
  • Tertiary education, preferably in business and/or science – a large bonus if it’s in neuroscience and psychedelics
  • Interest in sales and business development in the health tech industry
  • A self-starter with a keen interest in learning and being mentored
  • Experience working with LinkedIn SalesNav, Hubspot and other sales enablement tools
  • Nice to have – Complete knowledge and understanding of the mental health and psychedelic space, both B2B and B2C
