Role

  • Partner with our People Lead to design and implement creative recruiting strategies that result in a diverse pipeline of exceptional candidates
  • Provide a delightful end-to-end candidate experience while evangelizing Mindbloom’s Mission, Vision, and Values
  • Foster high-touch and long-term relationships with third party agencies and company partnerships
  • Leverage data to gain insights on each each stage of the hiring process to continuously increase efficiency

  • Experience: You have 2+ years of experience in recruiting
