Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations including new hire processing and maintenance of employee records
  • Oversee HR technology initiatives including implementation and maintenance of all HR systems and tools including Culture Amp, Bamboo, including contract negotiations, upgrades, and performance optimization of the tools
  • Continuously improve the quality of HR data and processes, including managing and recording HR KPIs, to ensure meaningful and trustworthy business metrics and a positive employee experience
  • Support the delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on HR & Talent activity for executive and board presentations
  • Support hub office set-up, making our offices a place that staff want to travel to. If of interest, this role will include travel to atai hubs around the world (San Diego, New York, London and Berlin)
  • Help organize and develop company retreats, events and team building activities for employees.
  • Lead selected People projects and program implementations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ proven work experience in human resources
  • Working knowledge of HR systems and software
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics functions
  • Analytical mindset that can design, define and extract data from reports 
  • Organization and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and delivery deadlines
  • Ability to establish, manage and leverage relationships with internal external partners and vendors
  • Ability to lead meeting and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, adapt to change, and take on additional duties and tasks
  • Proactive, client service mentality with approachable style
  • Highly organized, great at prioritizing and following up
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Passion for collaborating with others, working on projects from start to finish, and flagging inefficiencies
  • Project management skill in defining objectives, making assignments, delegating to others, tracking progress, meeting deadlines, along with the ability to readjust priorities as situations change
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as strong skills utilizing social media platforms
  • Strong technical skills – experienced with web-based programs and software databases in terms of demonstrated experience with data entry and using software/applications for creating reports
