Mindbloom’s investors are some of the largest in healthcare technology and psychedelic medicine, having backed Oscar, Hims, ZocDoc, Compass Pathways, and Atai Life Sciences.
As Operations Associate, you’ll own crucial daily operations tasks that enable us to run our business efficiently and provide amazing experiences for our clients. These daily responsibilities will include billing processing, prescription and Bloombox fulfillment, and scheduling. You’ll work with our Clinicians and Experience Guides to create a seamless journey for our clients. You’ll report to the Head of Clinical Operations and support additional ad-hoc projects, as needed.
What you will do
Billing
Process client bills
Set up payment plans
Providing clients with SuperBills for insurance reimbursement
CRM administration
Pharmacy and Bloombox Fulfillment
Ensure clinicians and pharmacy partners order and ship medication on time
Process invoices
Monitor inventory and order supplies
Scheduling
Manage Clinician and Experience Guide schedules in Acuity
Own monthly scheduling process
Ensure client compliance with appointment scheduling guidelines
Ad-hoc Clinical Ops Projects
