Responsibilities:
Overview: As an Operations Associate, you will be in charge of clinical operations. You will partner with our medical team to design, implement and refine scalable processes to set the standard of care, generate efficiencies and support the growing demand from psychotherapists and patients for psychedelic therapy.
– Partner with the Medical Director and the COO to design and implement processes to support a high level of care for patients and enhance clinical outcomes- Collaborate with Legal to integrate regulatory requirements into workflows- Maintain the Clinician Guide to support our collaborative care model- Partner with Product and EHR partner to develop the clinical product roadmap- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive improvements to processes to streamline the customer lifecycle based on customer feedback- Partner with Product/Engineering to scale tools, systems and processes- Work with the co-founders and report directly to the COO

Profile:
– 3+ years experience in healthcare operations or management consulting- Prior experience designing, implementing and improving processes- Balance customer-centric mindset with efficiency to support customer needs and automate processes- Self-starter, strategic thinker and problem-solver with ability to execute fast, prioritize and deliver high quality work- Effective communicator with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills- Comfortable working remotely sharing tools (LucidChart, TypeForm, Zapier, Slack)- Preferred experience working in a fast-paced seed/series A stage startup environment- Preferred experience in healthcare comfortable working with regulatory requirementsBelieve in our vision and mission to expand access to psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and transform mental health!
