About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, communicative, and compassionate therapist to join our team as Cedar Psychiatry expands. This best-in-class therapy-focused office will be aimed at addressing the growing mental health needs of our community.
Our rapidly growing group practice has need for an LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, psychologist (Ph.D./Psy.D.), or post-doctoral resident working towards licensure. Supervision is available for clinicians requiring clinical hours for licensure. This role requires someone who enjoys working closely with people—not just with clients, but also with other members of our team.
Conduct regular appointments with clients who wish to converse with a mental health professionalEstablish positive and trusting relationships with clientsImplement various treatments and protocols to provide guidance and appropriately address client situationsContinually assess client situations and provide the proper ongoing treatmentsEducate and involve family members or other loved ones in the treatment process when necessaryRecord and maintain adequate notes about client visitsWhen required, refer clients to outside sources or agencies that can better address their specific needsMaintain the strictest confidentiality of each and every client situationMaintain all required licenses and the appropriate insurance
