About the Role

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, with a strong leadership background and experience in behavioral health to manage our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Draper. This IOP program will offer multidisciplinary, structured services provided at a greater frequency and intensity than routine outpatient treatment. Common treatment modalities include individual, family, and group psychotherapy and medication management.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with IOP Director to ensure the proper coordination and success of programManage IOP Coordinators and provide direction to ensure administrative duties such as scheduling patients and preparation of program materials are completeCoordinate multiple providers schedules, including psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and techniciansBe the liaison between patients, medical providers, clinical staff, and IOP coordinatorsOther duties to be assigned as the IOP program develops

Required Qualifications

1-2 years’ experience in leadership/management role requiredPrevious experience in mental/behavioral health requiredBachelors degree in related field preferredExcellent communication skills and professional demeanorHighly organized and motivatedAbility to work well independently and collaborate with othersExperience with Athena patient scheduling program preferred
