About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Director/Therapist to direct and oversee the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Draper. The IOP program will offer multidisciplinary, structured services provided at a greater frequency and intensity than routine outpatient treatment. Common treatment modalities include individual, family, and group psychotherapy and medication management.
Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the successful coordination of treatment assessments, plans and reviewsMonitor staff productivity and efficient delivery of servicesDevelop a clinical team that implements the company’s core beliefs into all aspects of client care and program servicesWork alongside other key members of the team, including psychiatrist, psychologist, therapists and IOP Manager and CoordinatorsOther duties to be assigned as the IOP program develops
Masters degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, clinical psychology, or social work preferredLicensed MFT, LCSW or higher preferredPrevious clinical experience working in intensive outpatient programs desiredLeadership/Management experience requiredHighly compassionate with excellent listening/communication skills a must
