Numinus is on a mission to help people heal and be well. The costs of mental illness, addiction and trauma are high – that’s why we’re developing new treatments and approaches that use the most rigorous, up-to-date research and methodologies to support solutions for healing. We are a public company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol NUMI.

We’re proud to have a team of highly skilled professionals with subject-matter expertise across healthcare, biosciences, operations and compliance, but we are always looking for more talent to join us. We now have an opening for a Director of Content.

The Director of Content is responsible for owning the company’s content strategy and overseeing its execution in collaboration with marketing and product teams as well as third-party vendors. The role requires a deep and nuanced understanding of the mental health, wellbeing, and psychedelic fields and their emerging trends, and the ability to relay that knowledge in an accessible way, both internally and for our clients and other external stakeholders. The Director of Content should have a strong point of view, clear creative vision and digitally native instincts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Create a content plan and strategy to be executed across our ecosystem of owned and paid channels, including collaborating with marketing on channel strategy
  • Work with social media agency on content strategy/storytelling
  • Oversee and develop website content; work with marketing and web developers to create new, original content on blogs, podcasts, services, and affiliate channels
  • Work with videographers, designers, copywriters, and other creatives to create compelling stories and education around psychedelics and Numinus
  • Be a key driver for the ongoing refinement of the company’s ‘voice’ and brand, including working closely with third party creative agency on rebranding initiative
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure content strategy aligns with Truth and Reconciliation and JEDI values
  • Work with communications, marketing, and product teams to ensure content is well organized and structured to support rich and accessible digital user experiences
  • Serve as thought leader around emerging paradigm of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic integration, advising clinical and product teams as needed
