  • Perform full cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, phone screens, and in-person interviewing
  • Source and develop a pipeline of active and passive job seekers through utilizing networking techniques, professional organizations, the internet, and referrals
  • Partner creatively with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, attract top talent and meet hiring deadlines
  • Prepare candidate offer packages, negotiate and extend job offers and coordinate on-boarding for newly hired employees
  • Partner closely with Executive level management to determine appropriate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation strategy and to prioritize hiring needs
  • Other People team projects as assigned.


  • You have a BA/BS degree with a major in psychology or organizational development a plus
  • You have 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience in life science companies
  • You have demonstrated ability to evaluate candidates for cultural fit as well as conduct interviews in a manner that creates a “memorable experience” for each potential candidate
  • You have proven expertise in using social networking tools to hire top talent, including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • You have an ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency
  • You have strong sourcing skills with demonstrated success in networking or building pipelines as well as
  • You are highly organized and able to manage and deliver multiple projects with minimal guidance
  • You are proactive, attention to details and able to work independently and collaboratively, as required, in a fast-paced environment consisting of internal and external team partners
  • You have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills. Language, cultural and time zone sensitive
  • You are willing to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment and to adapt to new situations as they arise
