There are 22M+ Americans who suffer from treatment-resistant mental health conditions, meaning they’ve failed two or more conventional treatments. Our mission is to further innovative mental health treatments (ranging from FDA-approved psychedelic medicines to neuromodulation to digital therapeutics to novel molecular approaches) for those patients who are suffering the most. We do this by empowering providers, improving patient care, and accelerating research. Our electronic medical records software is used by mental health doctors and their patients across the US. We analyze the data to help the doctors deliver better care and also offer insights to help research and development of new treatments that actually work.

  • Own outbound prospecting for our Electronic Health Record (EHR) for small mental health practices with the ultimate goal of driving booked demos for our sales team
  • Use your scrappiness and hustle to develop a scalable prospecting strategy, utilizing targeted cold call and email campaigns, community-building and networking, calls, webinars, conferences, and more. Leverage your creativity to find leads in unexpected places (e.g. Facebook groups, driving around town, etc.)
  • Become an Osmind product expert — be able to espouse our key value propositions to get provider customers to schedule a demo
  • Report directly into our Head of Demand Generation
  • This role is on the fast-track to an Account Executive closing role! For high performers, we anticipate that happening within 3 months


  • 1+ year of work experience
  • Experience with at least three of the following: SaaS, dealing with healthcare providers, similar business or sales development role, startup experience, interest in innovative treatments like psychedelic medicine
  • Selling healthcare SaaS, preferably to small practices (1-5 providers)
  • You find thrill in “hunting”, picking up the phone, and sending carefully crafted emails
  • You aren’t afraid of rejection and don’t take no’s personally
  • You consider yourself a people person
  • Passion for in improving mental healthcare for providers and patients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are highly organized: you never miss a follow-up
  • Willingness to relocate to our SF office and work there for 2-3 days/week
