Join our sales team

We are looking for innovators and invigorators. You will be part of the pioneering sales force who have experience growing health tech software from the ground up, with decades of strategic pharma leadership at the helm. We are looking for a sales professional with unique ideas and experiences to enhance our go-to-market strategy.

You are:

An Empathetic Challenger: you recognize potential and opportunity when it’s staring you in the eyes, even if those around you aren’t aware of what is going on. You do your best to communicate the value of what you see and persuade your collaborators to do the same.

Emotionally Data-driven: you see sales as the most empirical customer-facing role you can have within a business. You are constantly analyzing the micro-experiments you conduct each day to find 1% gains on what could be seen as a repetitive task.

A Critical Thinker: you do not look for surface level answers. You look to understand a topic with three levels of understanding, what is it, who does this implicate, and why does this matter? Your focus is on comprehension to equip yourself with a larger arsenal of tools.

People-focused: you lead with empathy in your conversations with potential buyers and colleagues as you are always trying to figure out the answer to the question – “why would what I’m saying/hearing matter to them?”.

Entrepreneurial: you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves, and get it done. While you may point out problems and inefficiencies, you are also one to bring about potential solutions and data behind its efficacy.

Tactical and Strategic: you value the importance of planning and organizing your resources, just as much as you emphasize the importance of consistently staying disciplined to what you set out to do. You see the big and small picture, all at the same time.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Ideate, execute, and refine the sales development plan based on the company’s go-to-market strategy
  • Achieve individual sales target by experimenting with different demand generation tactics
  • Become an expert in all thing’s psychedelics and mental wellness to drive meaningful conversations with buyers and customers
  • Actively chase your targets, a team of SDRs will support you in booking meetings, but you do not rely on leads handed off to ensure you achieve your targets
  • Manage and own the full sales pipeline
  • Build deep relationships developing personal and professional networks
  • Act as a trusted advisor for prospects through the entire buyer’s journey from initial discovery call to product demonstration through to close
  • Be instrumental to product development by sourcing clinical feedback from prospects
  • Enact your inner creative archetype to find new sales processes & systems, based on data and outcomes
  • Capture market share with monthly sales targets by working a pipeline of 30-50 sales qualified leads (SQLs), consistently topped up through your own prospecting efforts and your SDR teammates
  • Organize, prioritize and forecast sales pipeline to ensure monthly quotas and KPIs are met
  • Opportunity to develop leadership skills and competencies by coaching and mentoring junior sales reps who will work with you to create a healthy sales pipeline

The Details

This is a full-time, permanent position working from your home office. We offer a highly attractive home office stipend and total compensation package, commensurate with experience.

What Makes You an Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of sales experience within a SaaS organization and a track record of growth
  • Successfully been a change agent at a startup, getting new products/services to early adopters
  • An interest in health-tech, and digital healthcare
  • Tertiary education, preferably in business and/or science – large bonus if it’s in neuroscience and psychedelics
  • Experience with sales enablement tools, including but not limited to a CRM, sales automation or you are relentlessly tech-savvy – learning a new software and system does not intimidate you
  • Nice to have: Complete knowledge and understanding of the mental health or psychedelic space, both B2B and B2C
